Cooke Anamorphic lenses have long been a favourite of cinematographers the world over, offering everything Cooke is famous for, in a 2x Anamorphic lens for a truly cinematic image.
The only criticism levels at them has historically been that they were “too good”, and occasionally lacked the character of more vintage anamorphic lenses; hence, the SF “Special Flare” lenses were introduced.
With the SFs, Cooke brought together their beautifully flattering colour and an exciting blue anamorphic flare. These lenses are works of art, the world is a better place seen through this glass!
